Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel | Funnels, Automation & Page Design

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who understands GoHighLevel (GHL) and can help build complete customer journeys, from landing pages to AI assistants, workflows, and dashboards.

You don’t need to know everything, but if you’ve built inside GHL before, can follow directions, and have a good design eye, this might be a perfect fit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Building out landing pages, surveys, and forms inside GHL
- Setting up automations, workflows, triggers, and follow-ups
- Configure AI Assistants and flows
- Creating dashboards and reporting
- Taking rough ideas or examples and turning them into clean, functional builds
- Collaborating directly with the founder (that’s me) and following detailed instructions
- Supporting general VA tasks like research and using external tools when needed

**What We’re Looking For**

- Experience with GHL (required)
- A good eye for layout and structure (you don’t need to be a designer, but your pages should look clean)
- Understanding of funnels, CRM systems, and automation logic
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and ask the right questions
- Strong attention to detail
- Bonus if you’ve used tools like n8n, Zapier, or know how to wire APIs

**Type of Work***
- Full-Time
- Flexible hours, but some overlap with US Eastern Time (2–3 hours/day preferred)
- Long-term opportunity for the right fit

Note: We’ll start with a 2-day paid trial to test communication, task execution, and overall fit. If it goes well, this will roll right into a full-time position.
