Attic Pros is Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online—CPA Preferred)
Attic Pros is a fast-growing home service company, and we’re looking for a highly skilled bookkeeper to join our remote team and support our financial operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions

File and prepare 1099s and W-2s

Manage Gusto payroll and generate related reports

Monitor financials, cash flow, and budgeting

Provide recommendations to reduce expenses and improve profitability

Maintain clean and accurate books

Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports

Communicate professionally with our internal team and vendors

Requirements:
2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience

Solid knowledge of U.S. accounting principles

Experience working with Gusto, 1099s, and W-2s

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

CPA certification or equivalent is preferred (not required)

Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

Remote Position
Compensation: $800–$1,500/month (based on experience)
