Please read this carefully. Your ability to follow instructions is a key part of the application process.

???? DEADLINES & WORKFLOW
Editors can work on their own schedule.
However, deadlines are fixed and non-negotiable.
Each project must be completed within 96 hours (4 days) of receiving the assignment.
All deadlines follow EST (Eastern Standard Time).
This is a deadline-driven workflow. Missing deadlines isn’t just a delay — it creates a domino effect:
It disrupts the upload schedule, which the algorithm punishes
It jeopardizes paid sponsorships, which can cost thousands of dollars
It undermines trust with our audience and brand partners
It puts other tea
If you miss a deadline, you're not just late — you're affecting the entire system.
That’s why we’re strict. That’s why there are no exceptions.
? CONSEQUENCES FOR MISSED DEADLINES OR LOW PERFORMANCE
Less than 24 hours late: 10% deduction on that video
More than 24 hours late: 25% deduction on that video
