I need help from a qualified U.S.-based tax preparer to do three things:

Clean up my QuickBooks for 2024 (few transactions, mostly expenses)

Prepare and file my 2024 taxes: Form 1040 + Schedule C

Help close my Arizona LLC, including final tax filing and license cancellation

My business had very little activity in 2024, and I am now shutting it down. This is a simple one-time job.
? What You Will Do

Organize and review 2024 QuickBooks records

Prepare:

Schedule C (business income/loss)

Form 1040 (individual return)

Arizona state return (Form 140)

Help close the Arizona LLC:

Cancel Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license

Final state filings

Flat rate: $100 USD

Paid when the job is done and documents are delivered

Must be completed before April 15, 2025

Experience with Schedule C and 1040 tax filing

Good knowledge of QuickBooks

Knows how to handle Arizona business taxes and closure

Works independently, meets deadlines

EA or CPA is a plus (not required)
