Hotel Receptionist / Waiter / Waitress

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team in the roles of Hotel Receptionist and Waiter/Waitress. As part of the Diamond Hotel Philippines, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
Assist with reservations and manage booking systems
Ensure that the reception area is well-organized and welcoming
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and expectations

Waiter / Waitress Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they enter the dining area and escort them to their tables
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and timely manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by attending to their needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring food safety regulations are followed
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
For the Hotel Receptionist role: Proficient in using reservation and check-in/check-out systems
For Waitstaff: Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
