Digilari is on the hunt for an AI Automation Ninja—someone who knows how to build, optimise, and innovate with automation and AI tools to create smarter, faster, and more profitable businesses.

We work with small to medium businesses across Australia and New Zealand, helping them scale by making sales and marketing systems more proactive, efficient, and customer-centric. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team delivering real change, not stuck fixing broken legacy systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and manage CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).

Build and optimise lead capture systems, scoring models, and nurturing workflows.

Integrate AI tools into marketing, sales, and customer experience workflows.

Apply AI solutions for content generation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign automation.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate directly with project managers and strategists to deliver real, measurable outcomes for clients.

You Must Have:

Deep experience with marketing and sales automation tools and CRM platforms.

Hands-on experience implementing AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, ---------- , Zapier, ActiveCampaign AI features, HubSpot AI tools).

Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels, and marketing workflows.

Practical integration skills—building connections between different systems and tools.

Ability to think proactively: spotting opportunities for automation and suggesting smarter, faster ways of operating.

Good pace of work—steady, responsive, and committed to high standards.

Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Comfortable working remotely across different time zones using tools like Asana, Slack, Harvest, and Google Suite.
