You will be the first live touchpoint for applicants who've already been pre-qualified and watched a recorded presentation. Your job is to vet and guide qualified candidates through our onboarding process — while upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and service.
This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to grow with a values-based company while supporting a life-changing cause.

What You’ll Be Doing

Evaluate Fit: Use a structured interview process to determine alignment with our mission, values, and performance expectations.
Communicate Clearly & Warmly: Represent the brand in a professional and compassionate way that makes veterans feel heard and respected.
Answer Questions: Clarify next steps, answer high-level questions about the position, and ensure the applicant is truly ready for the opportunity.
Make Recommendations: Log notes and recommend candidates for next steps based on their responses, energy, and readiness.
Update CRM: Document interactions, statuses, and follow-ups in our CRM with precision.
Coordinate Onboarding: For approved candidates, trigger the onboarding workflow or hand off to the appropriate tea ---------- mber.
Track KPIs: Maintain basic interview metrics such as show-up rates, interview outcomes, and conversion to onboarding.

What We’re Looking For
Strong English Communication Skills: You speak clearly, confidently, and warmly — and you’re comfortable speaking with Americans, including U.S. Veterans.
Sales or Interview Experience: You've worked in sales, recruiting, or a similar role where you guided people through a decision-making process.
Empathy & Professionalism: You understand how to connect on a human level while maintaining structure and professionalism.
Highly Organized & Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRMs, calendar tools (like Calendly), and online communication platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
Confident & Decisive: You can make judgment calls based on interview responses and follow a hiring rubric to determine candidate quality.
Coachability: You’re eager to learn and grow in your role — and you appreciate constructive feedback to help you improve.
Self-Directed: You work well without needing constant supervision and know how to manage your time and tasks effectively.
