Details on the position:
You’ll be the cornerstone of our Executive Team, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. You’re not just going to manage calendars and travel; you’re going to help us build better processes, assist with critical projects, and be the go-to person for all executive support needs. You’ll be the key person for managing communications, coordinating events, and supporting the team’s daily operations.
What your work week will look like:
? You’ve already got a nice home office setup where you’ll meet daily with our all-remote team for a quick 15-minute morning huddle
? From there, you'll have a few core duties, such as:
o Triaging and drafting
o Acting as liaison across departments for cross-functional projects
o Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices
o Ensuring the Executive Team’s schedules are meticulously managed and optimized for efficiency
o Coordinating travel, meetings, and events with precision and foresight
o Managing communications with external entities, ensuring clarity and responsiveness at all times
o Supporting the team with document management, data analysis, and financial tracking using Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel
o Helping manage the company’s online presence, including websites and social media accounts
Job Requirements:
? Relevant experience in an executive support role
? 5+ years (or professional equivalent) of proven experience in managing schedules, travel, and executive-level communications
? Track record of efficiency in administrative and executive support
? Familiarity with US GAAP accounting principles
