Ticketing Specialist & Digital Marketing Analyst

• Oversee the creation of ticket links for shows and events on the Seetickets platform for ---------- , ---------- , and ---------- websites.
o Research knowledge of tracking correct artists descriptions
o Ensure accuracy of ticket types
o Maintain ticketing records
o Identify and prioritize key events to ensure they take precedence on the agenda
o Report to Marketing team daily with completed ticket links
o Conduct periodic audits to ensure ticketing data integrity
o Support administrative tasks related to ticket sales and distribution
o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Prepare a weekly marketing analytics report using data from Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Make minor website updates
Hours are 10am-1pm and 4pm-6pm Central Time (Chicago)
