Role Description
This is a full-time work from home job for an Outbound Sales Executive at THS Home Solar.
???? Initiate outbound sales calls to connect with potential customers.
???? Build relationships and close deals effectively
???? Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets
???? Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
???? Work independently in a remote setup
????Graveyard shift (US Time Zone)

Qualifications
??1+ year of cold calling or sales experience (BPO preferred)
?? Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills
?? Strong sales and negotiation skills
?? Self-motivated and able to work independently
?? Own PC/laptop, headset with mic, webcam
?? Stable internet connection (100mbps+ required)
