Online Membership Manager

Role: Membership Manager for an Online Mothering Community
Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

Responsibilities include:
* Respond to member questions and support requests via email with warmth and efficiency (password resets, access issues, general inquiries)
* Navigate and manage Kajabi — editing, updating, and maintaining the membership backend
* Schedule all community calls and make sure links/invites are shared clearly and on time
* Draft and send a beautifully written monthly recap + upcoming schedule to members by e-mail
* Moderate the community space in alignment with our guidelines and values, and flag any concerns to leadership
* Be a calm, clear point of contact between members and the core team

You might be right for this if you:
* Are organized, tech-savvy, and deeply respectful of women’s spaces
* Have experience with online platforms like Kajabi, Asana or similar
* Communicate clearly, promptly, and know how to hold boundaries with grace
* Feel aligned with the vision and values of wild, intuitive, conscious mothering
* Can self-manage and stay on top of details without needing micromanagement
* Have supported a membership or collective before

Bonus if you:
* Are a mother or have experience in women’s circles, birthwork, or feminine healing spaces
* Have skills in copywriting, design, or community engagement
