Automation Expert – GoHighLevel to HouseCallPro Integration

We’re looking for a skilled automation expert who can set up a seamless integration between GoHighLevel and HouseCallPro.

What We Need:

Whenever a lead books an appointment in GoHighLevel, we want an automation that automatically creates a job in HouseCallPro with the lead’s information.

Ideal Candidate:

> Experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL) and HouseCallPro

> Familiar with automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or custom API workflows

> Can complete the setup quickly and reliably

> Has a track record of setting up CRM integrations or appointment automations

Deliverables:

> Working automation with successful test runs

> Proper mapping of lead info (name, contact, service, time, etc.) into HouseCallPro job fields

> Documentation or quick Loom video walkthrough of the setup
