Lead Generation and Outreach for Emcee Services

Your Event MC, LLC is a premium event hosting brand led by The Engineer MC, known for transforming conferences, galas, and fundraisers into unforgettable experiences. With over 150 events hosted across 5 countries and $9M+ helped raise for nonprofits, our mission is to engineer connection, energy, and ROI on every stage we step onto.

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our roster of corporate clients and planners by identifying high-quality leads and executing thoughtful outreach campaigns.

You’ll help build and manage a pipeline of potential event organizers, producers, conference planners, and corporate decision-makers. But this is NOT just list-building—we want someone who can write outreach messages, track conversations, and support conversions into actual discovery calls and booked gigs.

? Responsibilities:
Identify and vet leads from LinkedIn, Google, Eventbrite, and industry sites

Build lead lists using specific criteria (industry, event type, location, etc.)

Write and send outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, or CRM) using my voice/tone

Manage follow-up cadence and track responses

Coordinate and schedule calls between me and interested prospects

Occasionally respond as “Nde’s assistant” or under my name, based on the strategy

Report weekly on KPIs (leads added, outreach sent, responses, meetings booked)
