Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web Scraping Specialist to join our team in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Mozenda and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role plays a key part in our data acquisition strategy by building and maintaining web scraping processes that feed into our core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain efficient web scraping scripts to extract data from a variety of websites.

Ensure high accuracy and consistency in all scraped data.

Monitor and troubleshoot scraping workflows to address changes in target websites.

Collaborate with internal teams to structure and integrate scraped data into company systems.

Stay up to date on new scraping techniques, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency with Mozenda or similar web scraping tools.

Strong understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience in data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python or PHP.

Familiarity with database management and basic data analysis techniques.
