Brand Ambassador and Training Academy Program Manager/Onboarding

Company Overview:
We are a vibrant e-commerce company in the aesthetics industry, dedicated to expanding our brand ambassador and training academy programs.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent written English to lead our brand ambassador and training academy initiatives. Our current team includes 20-40 brand ambassadors, and we aim to increase this number to over 200. The successful candidate will manage the entire program, from onboarding leads to overseeing their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content ideas for onboarding brand ambassadors.
- Onboard ambassadors and training academies through Instagram and WhatsApp, converting leads into closed deals.
- Follow up with training academy students to promote product purchases.
- Utilise the CRM system Pipedrive to monitor the onboarding process for ambassadors, academies, and their students.
- Ensure compliance with role agreements by brand ambassadors and academies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements & Skills:
- Effective and personable communication skills in English.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong ability to close deals to expedite target achievement.
