We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to take our brand’s digital presence to the next level. If you’re someone who lives and breathes content, understands platform algorithms, and can turn social channels into growth engines — this role is for you.

You’ll be leading the full spectrum of social media: from strategy and content planning, to campaign execution, influencer collaboration, and performance tracking. Your goal? Grow our audience, boost engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.).

Plan and manage the content calendar: from campaign ideation to scheduling and publishing.

Work with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-performing content (posts, reels, stories, ads).

Manage community engagement: monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and actively build brand conversations.

Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns with a performance mindset.

Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for brand collaborations and UGC strategies.

Monitor KPIs (growth, reach, engagement, conversions), run A/B tests, and adapt based on insights.

Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

You Are
A proven social media strategist with 3+ years of experience managing and growing brand accounts.

Deeply familiar with platform trends, audience behavior, and algorith ---------- chanics.

Data-driven, creative, and obsessed with results.

Fluent in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.

Skilled in writing engaging captions and briefings for visual content.

Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

A natural storyteller who can turn brand values into viral content.
