Smoke Test New Project

We need a WordPress front-end developer with experience in UI / UX and backend to develop a framework website for a new project. This will be a smoke test, and depending on metrics, it will be rolled out to full development. The project would need a complete wireframe with content, copy and limited functionality put into the smoke test. Following this, the dev must understand how this test will migrate to full development. A strong understanding of AI is a must. We do not want GPT or BOLT advocates. A strong understanding of code and a broad understanding and fulfilment of Web copy are essential. POD will form part of this project, and therefore, a broad understanding of POD is required.
