Lead Generation Cold Caller

We are a fast-growing real estate solutions company specializing in purchasing real estate. We're on the hunt for a dedicated Cold Caller to join our team and help us scale our outreach efforts. Job Summary:
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective leads, qualifying them based on set criteria, and inputting accurate data into our CRM. Your ability to build rapport, communicate clearly in English, and stay motivated to meet daily and weekly goals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts and systems.
• Engage prospects in conversation to identify motivation, property details, and contact information.
• Accurately document call results and lead information into our CRM system.
• Follow up with interested leads as needed.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding progress and lead quality.

Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (preferred).
• Experience using CRM systems and inputting lead data (preferred).
• Background or interest in real estate is a plus, but not required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve performance.

Work Schedule:
• 8:30AM-5:30PM EST (subject to change, but minimum hours required).
• Must be available during U.S. business hours.

Compensation:
• Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses (based on qualified leads or appointments set).
