Appointment Setter

We are an established online fitness coaching company with reputation for delivering life-changing client transformations and a no-nonsense approach, based in the UK.

We are looking for a social media Appointment Setter. This role involves active outreach via DMs and comments to qualify leads and book them onto consultation calls. The ideal candidate is skilled in written communication, English proficiency, and rapport building.

Your Responsibilities:

• Outreach Instagram and Facebook followers via DMs and comments

• Nurture conversations that lead to booking consultation calls for our program

• Qualify leads based on company criteria before booking calls

• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement

• Keep accurate records of conversations and bookings

• Adapt messaging to align with brand voice and reputation

Your Required Skills:

• Strong written communication, active listening skills, and English proficiency

• Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward booking a call

• Self-motivated, organised, quick learner

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

• Experience in customer service, sales, or social media engagement preferred
