Job Title: Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Fashion Brand

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible hours)

We’re a growing fashion brand dedicated to creating high-quality, stylish pieces that our customers love. As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help us deliver a seamless experience to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

- Manage order tracking, returns, and exchange requests

- Update product listings, descriptions, and inventory on our website

- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content updates

- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners when needed

- Provide general administrative support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus)

- Highly organized with great attention to detail

- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- A passion for fashion and customer experience is a big plus!
