OVERVIEW: Our team is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee our social media platforms, including Instagram,
We are looking for someone who can differentiate our services through engaging content while maintaining a clear brand voice. We would also like a consistent posting schedule to be established, starting with a minimum of three posts per week, along with personal reels created using our own content (videos will be provided). The Social Media Manager will also help schedule and ensure all content is posted in a timely manner.
If you have experience managing social media accounts and have a keen eye for design and content creation, we would love to hear from you! Most of our previous designs have been created on Canva.
TASKS:
Manage and oversee content for Instagram,
Ensure the differentiation of services between our institutes and charity branch across all platforms.
Create and post a minimum of three posts per week, including personal reels with our provided videos.
Schedule posts in advance using the appropriate platform tools.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
Collaborate with our team to align the content with the overall brand and marketing goals.
Assist with content creation and editing when necessary, ensuring high-quality visuals and messaging.
Track performance metrics for social media content and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement.
Help set up and manage a Go High Level account for scheduling and automating posts (experience with this platform is a plus).
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of Instagram,
Experience with content creation, including graphics, videos, and social media posts.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and best practices for posting content across multiple platforms.
Experience with Go High Level scheduling or similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think creatively and adapt to different services and audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
Available for approximately 4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with social media advertising, Canva and paid campaigns.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation software.
Experience in managing social media for organizations with multiple services or divisions.
PROVIDED:
Access to necessary tools and resources (content creation software, analytics tools, etc.).
A collaborative team environment with flexible scheduling.
Access to our Instagram link and other brand materials to get started.
HOURS: We estimate this role will require 4 hours per week to start with. The schedule can be flexible, with work being done during business hours or on your own schedule.
RATE: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skill level. Based on typical market rates for social media management, we recommend a range of $10 - $15/hour. We will adjust based on the candidate’s experience and ability to handle additional responsibilities.
