Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies and ingredients are well-stocked and properly accounted for.
Research and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of materials.
Work with the team to identify material needs and get them on time."
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
Prepare regular financial reports and assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
Ensure accurate documentation for contracts, orders, and other business transactions.
Support accounting activities such as billing, payroll, and financial recordkeeping.
Supervise daily operations across all store hubs to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or similar roles.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
for efficient task management and documentation
Positive mindset in following instructions while contributing enthusiastically to team goals.
Hardworking and committed to completing tasks efficiently
Must be residing in Quezon City
