JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
- Dedicated, organized, consistent
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Ability to adhere to work schedule (day, night, graveyard)
- Technical support experience (computer and internet)
- Customer service experience
- Strong attention to details
- Good with Math computation
- Billing/ Financial experience
- Excellent Comprehension skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have wired PLDT DSL connection where you live

Task include:
- Replying support tickets + sales inquiries + billing issues
- Handling complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Handling chat support across multiple sites
- Debugging technical issues with proxies (training included)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Base Pay: USD $3.00/hr
