Description:
We are a successful and fast-moving State Farm insurance agency based in Wisconsin (USA) looking for a talented full-time virtual assistant from the Philippines to join our team.

Your job will be to help us generate high-quality insurance leads using:
• Facebook Lead Ads
• Google Ads (Search + Local Service Ads)
• SEO and local listings
• Social media engagement and content

You’ll also help manage follow-up systems and support our online marketing across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Running and managing Facebook Lead Ads (auto, home, and bundle quotes)
• Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Local Services)
• Improving our Google Business Profile ranking (photos, reviews, posts)
• Helping with basic SEO to drive traffic to our website/landing pages
• Creating simple ad creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Writing and scheduling social media posts to generate engagement
• Helping with email/text automation for follow-ups (via Zapier or other tools)
• Monitoring campaign results and suggesting improvements

Ideal Skills & Experience:
• Facebook Ads and Lead Forms
• Google Ads (Search, Local Service Ads, Keyword Targeting)
• SEO basics (local ranking, business profiles, backlinks)
• Canva or basic design tools
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Insurance or real estate lead gen experience
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.)
• Familiar with Zapier, ManyChat, Podium, or similar tools
• Comfortable analyzing ad performance and reporting on results

Position Details:
• Type: Full-time (remote)
• Schedule: Flexible, with some availability during U.S. business hours (CST)
• Pay: $5–$10 USD/hour depending on experience
• Pay frequency: Weekly via Wise or preferred method
