Virtual Assistant (Sales + Lead Generation) – Commission Based – PST Hours

We’re a cleaning company based in Las Vegas, focused on helping real estate professionals, Airbnb hosts, office managers, and business owners keep their spaces spotless. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for someone sharp, consistent, and motivated to help us bring in more clients.

This is a great opportunity if you're good at talking to people, finding leads, and want to make money based on your results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Calling and emailing potential clients (we’ll give you the script)

-Following up with leads

-Using GoHighLevel to manage clients and send follow-ups

-Finding leads like real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, apartment managers, business owners, construction companies, and more

-Reaching out on LinkedIn

-Working during USA business hours (Pacific Standard Time)

What You Get Paid:

-This is commission-based pay only

-You will earn 2% to 3% commission per sale/cleaning service you close

-The more sales you close, the more money you make

-Bonuses are available for strong performance

-You’ll also have a chance to earn long-term work, raises, and growth with the company

If you're good at sales or have experience with cold calling and outreach, this is your chance to earn more based on how well you perform.

Requirements:

-Good spoken and written English

-Experience with sales, cold calling, or lead generation is a big plus

-Familiar with GoHighLevel or willing to learn it quickly

-Laptop or desktop with reliable internet

-Headphones and mic or smartphone to make calls

-LinkedIn account or willing to make one

-Must be available to work on Pacific Standard Time (USA business hours)
