Facebook Ad Creative Designer (Static Graphics)

We’re a fast-growing global eCommerce company on a mission to scale high-performing products through smart, conversion-driven advertising. We’re looking for a top-tier graphic designer with a strong portfolio in Facebook static ad creatives to join our team.

The Role:
Your main responsibility will be to turn provided copy into compelling, high-converting static ads for Facebook. You should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, understand performance marketing principles, and be able to think like a marketer—empathizing with customer pain points and clearly communicating product solutions through design.

We’re not looking for a pixel pusher—we’re looking for someone who gets what makes people stop scrolling and click.

Who You Are:

A creative problem-solver who can design ads that perform

Experienced in direct response marketing and social ad design

Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional work on time

Fluent in English and excellent at communication

Must-Haves:

Minimum 2 years of experience designing high-performing Facebook static ad creatives

Strong portfolio showcasing FB ad work (applications without this will not be considered)

Available to work full-time starting at 8AM or 9AM PST (no exceptions — check your local time here: World Time Buddy)

Focused and committed — if you're juggling multiple jobs, this isn't the role for you

Punctuality and consistency are a must — failure to show up on time may result in termination
