Long-Term Virtual Assistant (Tech & Automation Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a long-term virtual assistant to help with a variety of tech and automation tasks, primarily focusing on building and managing Go High-Level funnels, setting up email and SMS marketing campaigns, and website development. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in their work. You must have a strong understanding of automation systems, a good grasp of website building, and experience using Go High-Level.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage Go High-Level funnels for clients, including automation workflows.

Set up and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain websites using various platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Implement and optimize automation processes for business operations.

Provide regular updates and reports to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Maintain a high level of communication and be available for virtual meetings as needed.

Requirements:

Professional proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong proficiency in Go High-Level (funnel building, automation, etc.).

Experience in website building and design (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Twilio, etc.).

High-speed fiber internet (minimum 40 MB per second).

Must have at least one laptop or MacBook for work purposes.

iPhone is a plus for better communication and productivity tools.

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with the ability to show proof of previous work.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
