Executive Assistant Position - Remote Work for US Real Estate Investment Firm
About Fergmar
We are a growing real estate investment company based in Victoria, Texas, focused on apartments, retail shopping centers, and house flipping. We're seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive remote support.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage all
Coordinate schedule using Asana task management system
Schedule and confirm meetings with clients and investors
Provide timely meeting reminders
Book travel arrangements for business trips
Handle various administrative tasks remotely
Support some personal administrative needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Asana or willingness to learn quickly
Experience with calendar management and
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Available during US business hours (specifically Central Time Zone)
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who can grow with our company, learn our business processes, and eventually take full ownership of these administrative functions with minimal supervision after initial training.
