JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our outbound sales team. This role is focused on engaging U.S.-based home improvement business owners through cold calling, building real conversations, and booking qualified product demos.

This is not an appointment setter position. We are looking for a skilled communicator who can spark curiosity, hold meaningful conversations, and confidently guide prospects toward a demo.

Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Remote (must work U.S. hours – 11 PM–7 AM PH Time / 8 AM–4 PM MT)
Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
Compensation: $8/hour

Responsibilities:
- Make daily cold calls to business owners in the U.S. home improvement industry
- Drive outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Clearly communicate the value of our sales technology to generate interest and book demos
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team
- Log all outreach activities accurately in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly demo booking targets
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies and increasing conversion rates.
- Stay informed on industry trends to maintain credibility in conversations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience with U.S. prospects
- Proven ability to book qualified demos — not just set appointments
- Minimum 1 year in your most recent role (we are not looking for job hoppers)
- Fluent in English with a conversational, confident, and natural tone
- Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style
- Skilled at guiding conversations, using tone and timing to create engagement
- Able to role-play a live cold call during the interview process
- Comfortable sharing current KPIs and cold calling performance data
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems and outbound tools
- 100% available to work night shift (U.S. business hours) — no exceptions.
