We're looking for a Social Media Outreach Assistant to help us recruit top-tier real estate agents, team leaders, and local vendors by building relationships through strategic outreach.
About the Role:
As our Outreach Assistant, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential connections across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
You'll be the first point of contact. Planting the seeds that lead to long-term relationships and eventual recruitment or partnership.
To be clear, this is not a social media posting role. It is an engagement role focused on having real conversations. You’ll be spending your time in the DMs and comment sections of our team leaders’ social accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and connect with real estate agents, team leaders, and local vendors in target markets
Write and send personalized DMs or messages that spark real interest
Track outreach performance and optimize messaging over time
Nurture relationships with warm leads through strategic follow-up
Collaborate with the recruiting and marketing team to align messaging and goals
Use templates (we'll provide them), but adapt and refine for each audience
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Know how to write messages that get replies
Have worked in real estate, recruiting, or a related industry.
Have experience with DM outreach, lead generation, or recruiting on social platforms
Understand how to balance personalization with scalability
Are organized and can manage follow-ups without dropping leads
Can speak the language of real estate agents and understand their pain points and motivations
Are results-driven and can track KPIs like response rates and conversion to calls
