Job Description: Helps contribute to the success of assigned online retail accounts by managing and maintaining product assortments and providing support services to the Customer Success team.
Responsibilities include:
Product Listing Optimization:
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, key features, and specifications, to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
• Ensure that we control the Buy Box for our listings across Walmart Marketplace.
• Work with the Customer Success team to create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, key features, and specifications, to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, inventory, and shipping details.
• Implement keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance product discoverability within
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., page views, conversion rates, sales) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Content Management:
• Develop and maintain high-quality product content that aligns with brand guidelines and Walmart's content standards.
• Manage product images and videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and informative.
• Collaborate with Marketing and the Department Manager to create and implement promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on Walmart's content requirements and best practices.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, conversion rates, and search rankings.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations to management for optimizing product strategies on Walmart Marketplace.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart Marketplace support and representatives.
• Stay informed about Walmart's policies, tools, and updates.

Specific skills required:
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Fast and reliable internet service, webcam, PC
• Strong skills in Excel. Working experience with VLOOKUP’s and intermediate formulas
• Excellent intrapersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, online marketing, or a related role.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product listing optimization, SEO, and content marketing.
Skills preferred, but not required:
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace Seller Center.
• Knowledge of HTML and basic web design principles.
• Experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Reports to: Senior Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote – VPN access to a virtual desk in Moorpark, CA 93021, USA
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday PST (West Coast USA)
Salary: $7.50 per hour (Paid US$600 every two weeks via ACH)
