Virtual Bookkeeper ($6.00 - 343 PHP per hour - PART Time)

Hey!
We are looking for a part-time Virtual Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented and has the potential to go full-time.

We are an accounting firm that specializes in veterinary practices.

We will start with relatively limited hours (~20 hours per week to begin) with the opportunity for it to grow as our relationship develops.

Tasks will include:
- Being highly knowledgeable and able to perform accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Importing bank and credit card transactions into the cloud accounting system
- Extracting bank and credit card transactions from PDF documents and transferring them to a spreadsheet
- Categorizing bank and credit card transactions in the bank feed
- Performing month-end bank reconciliations
- Printing to PDF month-end and year-end financial statements as requested
- Posting adjusting journal entries as requested

Requirements:
- Formal education in bookkeeping and accounting OR willingness to learn quickly.
- Mastery of Excel
- Mastery of QuickBooks Online
- Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
- Having a quiet environment to work
- A Windows 10 Laptop/PC or Mac (Apple) with at least i3 or equivalent with 4GB RAM
- Reliable Internet & fast Internet
Applicants should be well-versed in using ClickUp and Slack, or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them =)
