Full Stack Facebook Marketer

About Us: vibestribe.co is a rapidly growing community and e-commerce platform focused on empowering women in midlife through holistic courses, content, and products designed to promote well-being and personal development.

Your Role:
Create, test, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads that drive profitable results
Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and landing pages that speak to our target audience (women 40–60, wellness/self-improvement space)
Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain high-converting funnels (opt-ins, email sequences, upsells, retargeting, etc.)
Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition
Stay up to date on the latest ad trends, creative styles, and funnel strategies

You’re a great fit if you:
Are both creative and analytical — you love testing angles, visuals, and hooks
Have proven experience running profitable Facebook ads (preferably for eCommerce, info products, or memberships)
Know how to build funnels
Can design eye-catching creatives using Canva or similar tools
Enjoy taking ownership — you want to run the full process, not just place ads

Bonus Points:
Experience in ads for coaching or personal development space
Knowledge of conversion psychology and storytelling in marketing
