JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to handle our Dutch customer service emails. Your main tasks will include:

Responding to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding complaints, delivery dates, and other questions. Providing accurate and professional responses on a daily basis.

Job details:

Fully remote position Estimated workload: ±4 hours per week Pay rate: €4 per hour

Requirements:

Fluent in written Dutch Experience in customer service is a plus Ability to check and respond to emails daily
