Cold Caller VA for DJ Company (Wedding Events | US-Based)

Are you a highly fluent Filipina VA with a neutral American accent and a passion for closing deals over the phone? We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and experienced Cold Caller Virtual Assistant to join our growing DJ company that specializes in high-energy, unforgettable wedding experiences across Maine and beyond.

???? About the Role
As our Cold Caller VA, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear from after they inquire about our DJ services. Your job is to follow up with warm leads, guide them through our offerings, and convert them into booked events. You won’t have to generate leads — our system takes care of that, but you’ll need to make those crucial calls that seal the deal.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Calling and following up with newly acquired leads
Using conversation guidelines (not a strict script) to confidently introduce our services and connect with potential clients
Answering basic questions and booking discovery calls or consultations
Updating lead statuses and notes in our CRM
Providing warm, engaging energy that represents our fun and professional brand

???? What We’re Looking For
Filipina with a fluent, American-sounding accent (must pass a voice test)
At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or client closing
Strong sales skills and confident communication
Available to work graveyard shift (U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
High energy and a genuine, friendly tone (we’re in the wedding industry – vibe matters!)

$6–$10/hour USD (based on experience)
1-month probationary period to evaluate fit, performance, and communication
Potential for long-term placement and pay increase after the probation period

Monday to Friday
Graveyard shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Zone
Part-time or full-time options available for the right candidate
