Lead Gen Researcher & Writer

Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Rate: $3/hour
Location: Remote

Description:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and reliable virtual assistant to take ownership of lead research and AI-assisted writing for our high-level outreach campaigns. You will be researching professionals across various industries, summarizing their background, and using AI to generate handwritten-style letters and creative dialogue lines.

Responsibilities:

Research 40 leads per day using LinkedIn, company websites, articles, podcasts, and YouTube interviews

Collect 5–10 high-quality links per person and use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to generate content

Write handwritten-style sales letters or creative pieces using prompts

Create a short dialogue line that fits the personality of the lead and their coworkers

Determine who the dialogue should be between logically

Save all output directly to Google Sheets

Add notes and personalization angle to the tracker

Requirements:

Mastery-level English writing and grammar

Excellent research and summarization skills

Proven experience using ChatGPT or other AI writing tools

Ability to follow structure and tone while writing

Organized, dependable, and able to hit daily targets

Reliable, fast internet connection

Compensation and Growth:

$3/hour full-time

Raise available after 90 days of excellent performance
