We are a residential real estate builder and investment firm based in Silicon Valley, managing over $300M in assets across California. We are looking for a Video Editor & Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence through high-quality video content, reels, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and create engaging video content (including short-form reels, promotional videos, etc) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop eye-catching reels and short-form video ads that align with our brand and marketing strategy.
- Optimize YouTube thumbnails, manage video uploads, and implement strategies to increase views and engagement.
- Assist in brand awareness and SEO efforts to improve content visibility.
- Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva (Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Manage and maintain a content calendar for scheduled posts across social platforms.
- Compile and edit case study videos showcasing our real estate projects and company achievements.
- Support additional marketing-related tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in video editing, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in any video editing platform (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a good eye for design and branding.
- Understanding of SEO and social media trends to optimize video reach.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive, adaptable, and creative team player.

Job Details:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
- Full-Time, Remote Position
- Quarterly Bonus after a 3-month probation period
