Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
? Twitter Ghostwriting: Craft compelling and thought-provoking tweets, threads, and
replies for Web3 leaders, helping them grow as thought leaders and engage with
their audience effectively.
? Multi-Platform Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across
platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Discord with a Web3
focus.
? Content Creation & Curation: Generate high-quality, research-backed content
tailored to each platform’s best practices, blending education with engagement.
? Analytics & Growth Tracking: Utilize insights and metrics to track page growth and
adjust strategies accordingly. Proven success in growing accounts organically is a
must.
? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (content creators,
designers, etc.) to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives.
? Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and capitalizing on industry
trends, viral content, and Web3 updates.
? Proactivity: Bring new ideas to the table regularly, propose improvements, and
execute strategies with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
? Experience in Web3 or Crypto Niche: You understand the language, community,
and trends in blockchain and Web3.
? Twitter Ghostwriting Expertise: Proven experience in creating impactful and
authentic tweets for high-level Web3 leaders or companies.
? Cross-Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter,
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Discord) and how to grow audiences on each.
? Research-Oriented: Ability to conduct thorough research to produce educational,
insightful content, and engage with the community on emerging trends.
? Portfolio/Proof of Work: Demonstrated experience in growing social media pages
organically. Share case studies or profiles you've helped scale.
? Team Player: Strong communication skills and experience working in a collaborative,
team-based environment.
? Proactive & Self-Starter: Highly motivated, creative, and able to take initiative
without needing micromanagement.
Nice to Have:
? Experience in influencer marketing within the Web3 space.
? Familiarity with community management on Telegram and Discord.
