Key Responsibilities:*
· Outbound Sales Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
· Customer Needs Assessment:
Identify customer needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor product/service recommendations.
· Product/Service Knowledge:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products/services, features, and benefits.
· Sales Presentations:
Effectively present products/services to potential customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
· Persuasion and Closing:
Persuade customers to purchase products/services by addressing their concerns and offering solutions.
· Inbound Call Handling:
Answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
· Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in a CRM system.
· Follow-up:
Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
· Achieve Sales Targets:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
