Admin Assistant for young American entrepenour

I own a construction company in Boston MA. I am currently in the process of starting a few other businesses.
I have ADD and have a hard time focusing on tasks and organizing all my thoughts. My goal is to open a home maintenance business, a children's preschool, my own clothing line, and start my own podcast. Basically I am looking for a personal assistant who can do research for me, create business plans, analyze business models, and help find resources for me when needed. I will need a person who can basically do it all. This could be a great opportunity for someone to grow with me if one of the business ideas takes off.
