Ads. We help eCommerce brands scale through data-driven advertising, and we're expanding
our team to take on more clients. Our long-term vision is to become a full-stack agency, offering
design, development, and marketing services.

The Role

We're looking for a General Manager to bring structure, efficiency, and accountability to Omega
Ads. This person will oversee operations, manage the team, handle hiring, and provide
consistent reports while ensuring smooth workflows. Strong communication is absolutely
critical—this role requires someone who is highly responsive, reliable, and proactive.
Every minute counts in our fast-paced environment, and we need someone who stays
engaged and keeps things moving.

Key Responsibilities

- Team & Operations Management: Oversee all tea ---------- mbers, ensuring projects are
executed on time.

- Hiring & Onboarding: Recruit and train new tea ---------- mbers as we scale.

- Task & Workflow Organization: Use Asana to track tasks, deadlines, and team
responsibilities.

- Reporting & Accountability: Provide consistent updates on team performance, project
status, and business operations—no disappearing acts.

- Process Improvement: Develop and refine systems to increase efficiency and
productivity.

- Founder Support: Act as the main point of contact between the founder and team,
ensuring clear and structured communication at all times.

Who You Are

Excellent communicator—responsive, clear, and proactive.
Experienced in managing remote teams (preferably in marketing, ads, or eCommerce).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in Asana (or similar task management tools).
Experience in hiring and scaling teams.
Highly reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
