Responsible for successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of specific projects in accordance with the
contract documents, schedule and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparation of the detailed work plan, monitoring tools and measurements that would make the project successful.
2. Responsible for the execution of the project according to plan and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of
the project.
3. Responsible for allocation of manpower and processing of compensation based on work done.
4. Responsible in monitoring/tracking and reporting progress of the project
5. Ensures that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality as established during the planning phase.
Requirements:
1. Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical)
2.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
3.Must have at least working experience in team supervision/management
4. Must have experience in vertical and horizontal construction, preferably with extensive experience in the HVAC and MEPF field
5. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Must be have planning, organizing, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
