Microsoft 365 Support Engineer | Full Time | Award Winning Australian Company

Do you have strong experience in the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically:
- Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
- Microsoft SharePoint

- You will deploy, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions at Rise and Shine.
- You will be trained in the existing systems and will provide support for them
- This includes supporting the internal staff with their IT systems via phone/remote/video calls.

Annual salary increases are awarded as your skills, experience, and responsibilities develop.

In addition to your strong technical background in the Microsoft 365 systems, you:

1. Have a quality computer, headset, and a fast internet connection
2. Have a quiet working environment, free from distractions, and animal noises
3. Have strong Spoken and Written English skills
4. Are confident in providing telephone support
5. Work well in a team, as well as autonomously when required.
6. Can work full-time during Australian Business Hours, Monday-Friday
7. Have NO OTHER JOB OR COMMITMENT, OR DISTRACTION during your working hours.

Inclusions
1. Philippines: Regular public holidays are paid at 200%
2. Philippines: Special holidays, paid at 130%
3. 13th Month Paid in December
4. Extra 30% for overtime hours
