???? Responsibilities
? Lead Generation – Identify and engage potential clients through direct messaging, social media outreach, and local community networks.
? Appointment Setting – Convert leads into scheduled appointments through personalised communication.
? Follow-Up Strategy – Reconnect with previous inquiries to maximise conversions.
? Pipeline Management – Track and organise leads efficiently to ensure follow-ups and successful bookings.
? Sales Target Achievement – Hit and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive engagement.

???? KPI & Performance Targets
???? Leads Contacted – Reach out to 150+ potential clients per week
???? Conversion Rate – At least 25% of leads should book an appointment
???? Follow-Ups – Minimum 40% re-engagement of previous inquiries
???? Daily Activity – 50-70 outreach messages or calls per day

???? Compensation Structure
???? Base Retainer: $250 - $400/month (Based on experience)
???? Commission Bonuses:

$3 per qualified lead (interested & engaged client)
$15 per successfully booked appointment
$50 bonus for every 10 completed bookings
Extra bonuses for exceeding targets
???? Requirements
? Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales (preferably in the beauty, dental, or wellness industry)
? Proven ability to convert cold leads into paying customers
? Strong written and verbal English communication skills
? Highly organised with experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM
? Results-driven and proactive in meeting targets
? Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook groups, and social media outreach
