Go High Level (GHL) Expert and Executive Assistant – AI & Marketing Automation Specialist

We're looking for a GHL powerhouse—someone who knows the platform inside and out and can leverage it to craft strategic automations, outbound campaigns, and AI-driven systems that create real impact. This role involves managing GHL builds and strategies for multiple client sub-accounts, ensuring each client receives high-performance systems that elevate their brand, increase conversions, and scale their operations.

In addition to GHL execution, you will also support the CEO in an Executive Assistant capacity, helping manage day-to-day communications, schedules, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities
???? Build, manage, and optimize Go High Level accounts and sub-accounts for clients
???? Set up and manage AI tools within GHL to streamline communication, lead engagement, and chatbot interactions
???? Create and manage automated outbound email and SMS campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture
???? Design and deploy high-converting funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
???? Implement advanced workflows, triggers, and automations to enhance client operations
???? Set up and monitor pipeline stages, task automation, and appointment booking systems
???? Leverage GHL’s marketing tools for social media posting, reputation management, and review collection
???? Utilize GHL's AI features to create smart content, copy, and messaging sequences
???? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within client accounts quickly
???? Collaborate with our internal team for strategy alignment and performance tracking
???? Stay up-to-date with new GHL features and implement them effectively

???? Executive Assistant Support to CEO

???? Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling
???? Monitor and respond to CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing key communications
???? Coordinate onboarding of new clients and assist in setting them up with the full GHL suite
???? Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and clients/tea ---------- mbers
???? Prepare notes, documentation, or follow-ups fro ---------- etings as needed

Qualifications
? Proven experience working with Go High Level (minimum 2 years preferred)
? Deep understanding of marketing automations, outbound campaigns, and AI integration
? Experience building funnels, workflows, and CRM systems
? Ability to manage multiple sub-accounts efficiently
? Strong strategic mindset with the ability to improve client performance metrics
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Tech-savvy, fast learner, and solution-oriented

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
? Copywriting or AI content generation expertise
? Zapier or other third-party integration experience
? Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead scoring, and analytics
