We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Financial Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This is a long-term position for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
???? Responsibilities:
Bill Management: Organize and separate each bill by category and purpose. Decide where funds are coming from to cover each expense.
Up-to-Date Tracking: Stay on top of all payments and bills in real-time. No lagging behind — we need someone who updates things the moment they happen.
Debt Oversight: Keep debt organized and manageable. Ensure we stay ahead of payments and plan for any upcoming obligations.
Cash Flow Structure: Build and maintain a clear structure for tracking all income and expenses. Ensure money is going where it needs to go, when it needs to go.
Pre-Spend Planning: Help manage and review finances before any money goes out. Think before we spend!
Policy & Limits: Help set clear financial boundaries and policies so we don’t overspend or misallocate resources.
Clear Communication: If a payment can’t be made on time or something unexpected comes up — let us know ahead of time with a suggested plan.
Organized Systems: Maintain organized records (digitally) of all financial activity, reports, and notes — easy to access and understand.
