My business is asset recovery. I assist people with claiming money from the government that is rightfully theirs after their property is sold at a tax auction sale. We need to track down the property owner (the claimant) by searching for phone numbers and addresses of not only the claimant but also family members and acquaintances. Sometimes the claimant is an entity but we need to find the applicable person in order to file a claim. This is called skip tracing. Experience in this search method is a plus.
