We help 7 and 8 figure ecommerce businesses develop, optimize and scale their owned media marketing efforts. Our clients are leaders in their industry and have built strong relationships with the customers they serve.

Summary of The Position:
We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle time-intensive but crucial tasks that drive our business development. This role focuses on two specific responsibilities that are fundamental to our outreach process: lead sourcing and video creation. You'll work independently on clearly defined processes, allowing our business to scale while maintaining personalized outreach to potential clients.
Rather than being integrated into various team activities, you'll have a specialized focus with straightforward deliverables and minimal meetings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives with clear expectations, appreciates consistent work, and values the ability to complete tasks independently.

Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality while working efficiently
- Excellent time management and self-discipline
- Ability to follow detailed processes consistently
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision needs
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
- Comfort with Loom video recording software (SOP will be provided)

Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing (50% of role):
- Source approximately 110 qualified leads per day (at least 2,500/month)
- Identify potential D2C brands through Instagram and other platforms
- Research and find contact information for appropriate decision-makers
- Qualify leads according to our established criteria
- Maintain organized records of all sourced leads
Video Creation (50% of role):
- Create approximately 100 personalized outreach videos daily (at least 2,200/month)
- Sync provided audio recordings with website displays of target companies
- Manage efficient workflow to meet daily production targets
- Follow our established SOP for video recording and quality standards
Note: You will NOT appear on camera - this involves screen recording only

Compensation:
