Short-Form Video Editor & Content Repurposer (TikTok/IG/Shorts)

We’re JNM Football — a fast-growing football education brand helping players around the world get trial-ready.

We’re looking for a video editor who can turn 1 long-form YouTube video per week into 5–7 short-form clips for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

???? What You’ll Do:
- Watch a long-form video (6–10 mins)
- Cut out the best 3–5 moments
- Add captions, punchy edits, pacing, zooms, etc.
- Deliver vertical 9:16 format clips, ready to post

???? Bonus if you:
- Know football culture
- Can follow our existing branding/style
- Have experience with MrBeast/Hormozi/clean caption edits
