About the Role
At Trio Commerce, we craft tailored eCommerce platforms and curate premium products designed to set our clients apart. Born in the heart of Sydney, we’re on a mission to redefine online retail—through digital excellence, sharp design, and customer-first experiences. As our business grows, we’re looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our tight-knit team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s as comfortable writing clean code as they are helping behind the scenes with operations, content updates, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:
1) Build and maintain responsive, clean front-end interfaces using Shopify and other modern frameworks
2) Integrate form submission features and interactive UI components
3) Collaborate with the team to understand customer service and sales workflows
4) Identify UX issues and communicate solutions effectively
5) Work closely with the backend and design teams to deliver a cohesive product experience
6) Provide feedback and insight into user needs as the app evolves
7) Respond to customer inquiries via email or live chat in a timely and friendly manner
8) Assist users with technical issues, account concerns, or general product questions
9) Help gather feedback and share insights with the dev and product teams
10) Create or update help docs and FAQs when needed

Requirements:
1) 2–4 years of experience in front-end development (Shopify experience required)
2) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries
3) Experience with Shopify themes, Liquid, and custom storefront development
4) Ability to clearly explain technical challenges and solutions to both tech and non-tech tea ---------- mbers
5) Excellent communication skills—you’re a great talker and listener
6) Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
7) Available to work 8 hours a day within the Sydney time zone (8am–9pm AEST window)

Nice to Have:
1) Experience working on customer-facing apps in the customer service or eCommerce space
2) Familiarity with A/B testing and user feedback tools
3) A collaborative mindset and interest in being part of a growing product team
